This was such a pain. I was oblivious i had this issue at first, but thanks to a call i had with a friend over discord who was convinced i was using a voice changer made me check it out. I tried recording voice in Audacity and a few others and had a deep voice. After that i did some live listening from UX2 and everything seemed fine. Then i got curious and also listened outside of the UX2 software from audio devices where you can set your defaults from the recording tab. My voice didn't sound deep from there either, but as i spoke my voice was all crackling, i thought my mic had gone bad. I started digging and finally found this thread and so i tried changing from 44.1 to 48 and problem solved. Very grateful for this thread and all of you for the info.
