Brand new user - ran into multiple problems setting up my unit (Windows), and tried *all of the above* to get past them:
* QR code for login is blank and login using userID/password doesn't work. Toggling WiFi connection, rebooting, etc does not resolve
* Download on the unit (following the prompts) fails with Error code -16
* Installation of Stadium driver results in an inoperable "Helix Stadium Bulk Driver" in Device Manager. Attempting to update the driver results in "install class is not present or invalid ". I had installed the Stadium ASIO driver prior to the Stadium driver as directed.
* Launching Line6 Central shows only my computer, not the Stadium
* Stadium app on Windows does detect (and work with) my Stadium device, but when choosing the update option, it does not show an available update that I can proceed with.
So, I have tried all these things: timezone manual, toggle WiFi on-off, copious reboots, installing drivers, Line6 Central, connecting via USB-C, not connecting via USB-C.
I get the sense there are multiple competing bugs at play here. How do I make sense of all this - where do I start to untangle this?
