begining to think line 6 has lost the plot - becoming complacent and obstructive with help - cant get direct help (uk) also lagging behind other modellers maybe its time to move on (anyone in line 6 willing to help? )-probably not :-(

ive just started up my helix lt after a couple of months says its at 3.71 which i did a while back - seems to have lost updated amps etc (bassman etc) went onto line 6 site to reload 3.71 but is not there for download only 3.70 whats going on???

what would be the best way to connect the boss rc3 as i am using the stomp with headphones. Any advice would be great Leigh
