I have just started having the same problem, out of the blue. Hadn’t plugged my Helix Floor into my computer for several weeks and now this keeps happening. But not with my Stomp XL, just the Floor. Did you ever get any resolve on yours? I’ve redone my HX Edit and Helix drovers, checked for windows updates, reset and restored my Helix like 3-4 times now, at a loss.

I bought a Helix a couple weeks ago used, and have noticed that its exp pedal still has at least 1/2” of travel to full toe down when it starts to display 100%. Doesn’t matter if it’s exp1/2 or linear/log. I’m just trying to figure out if this is normal behavior for it or mine has an issue.
