I'm attempting to use 2 outboard Boss FS-6's as my main snapshot selector on the Helix Stadium XL. I have them plugged into the 2 external pedal slots on the unit and I've tried them configured every which way, but it seems that Control C (i.e. the 3rd footswitch) will simply not work. Try as I might I cannot get it to trigger any snapshots or midi commands. And yes, I have swapped pedals and cords. I am not sure where to report bugs other than here on the forums.

Not sure where to post this but I think it could be a bug in the software.. I'd like to trigger a piece of outboard lighting controller gear which accepts Midi notes for pre-programmed lighting scenes. I'd really really like to use Snapshot control of instant commands to specify the note. After some doing I've been able to save different Midi notes to each snapshot (I think this process is unreliable as well), but the unit is VERY inconsistent on whether or not it sends the note, and even when it sends the note, I've timed it at least 10 seconds in some cases. Just wanted to put this out there because again I"d really like this to be fixed or at least verified as an issue by others. Thanks!
