If you have a patch that has say 4 seperate pre sets( lead/clean etc" How can i have those presets show on the foot pedal when the patch is selected? say the top row is the patches and the bottom is the presets?

Windows 10/Helix model I am trying to connect my helix to the PC, so i can use hx edit as well as record with it in Reaper. HX edit does not connect. I am connecting the USB directly into the PC Mobo. I have tried several plugs , still no detection. When i plug it in windows gives me the indication the USB connected.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the updater. My computer dings that USB is detected. It does not appear. HELP!

Win 10, USB in, hs5 monitors, Just started happening randomly. Crashed my audio drivers or BSOD No Logitech products

When i turn on my Helix its crashing my computer, ill get a blue screen or if i am playing a game or watching youtube the audio and video distorts. Any idea what's causing this?

When i turn on my helix it does not display the patches properly when i hit a patch it disappears and all the patches/snapshots go blank. I think maybe i hit some thing with my foot? Help please

I am trying to replicate the sound Dimebag uses in the outro to floods. I have tightened up the tone with the hellish Cowboys patch now i am trying to create the dleay/reverb effect properly. Any tips? i am not good with this stuff and trying to learn

I have spent alot time adjusting all the ranges and it all sounds the same, it might be a speaker issue

Yes turning down the parameters even once they were at i still had the ugly bass freq

On certain notes i get very heavy bottom end that rattles. The HS5s are know to be pretty weak for bass. This is consistent on all 4 of my guitars and all my helix patches. Could it be the quality of my XLR cables? i think they are mid range at best i have moved the monitors around and it has made no difference they are on isoacoutic stands as well. any feedback appreciated

The patches i used are pre built ones i purchased. different makers for each i doubt the all come with the same issue. :(
