i changed my cable. reset my monitor postions. have the HS 5 settings at 0. I have run some ML Sound lab Petrucci tones and Chop Tones Metallica and petrucci tones. all on Mesa IRs etc I attached a sound byte of the issue low end trest.mp3

I play metal. I play through Dimarzio illuminators and Seymor Duncan Seymour Duncan JB TB-4. I have Yamaha 5 FRFR monitors. Thank you for the comments. I am new to this stuff so i am trying to learn.

I get lots of bottom end (too much )on all my patches( through all 4 my guitars) anyone know what is wrong?

I have owned my helix about 2 months and the tuner flat out doest work. I have swapped the cable and used 3 different guitars. Switch pick ups, moved volume and tone knobs. anyone have an issue or know a fix ? Or will i already be dealing with warranty?

It gets worse.

I have the helix selected as a default device. My current settings. Even the backing track played alone has this little pops in it

I have a UR 12 interface. Would i connect USB into there and run the monitors into it?

As in the volume knob for input? Drive switch? sorry for the dumb.

I have a fairly beast PC 1080TI, 8700k, 370z. I have my helix plugged in USB into Reaper. Using the ASIOALL @1024 samples @44100 Hz. I get clipping issues a lot. I shut down almost all other PC processes when i record. I am at the point of wondering why a good PC is struggling to record. HELP! I am new to this so i feel maybe its something simple so apologize in advance

There is a helix preset list where it is listed as a factory patch

I cant find the the DT presets. Were they removed? i purchased my helix about a month back.

Getting pops and clicks. Running direct USB. Set to 48000 and 256, put the slider as far as i could right. i have the ASIO Driver. Pretty good rig 370a motherboard 8700k processor and 1080 card. What else can i try?

I am plugged directly in via USB. I have the helix drivers. I have 8700k, 370A MB SSD, 1080 Card. Its a good computer. Latency monitor looks way above my head.

I am connected via USB and my audio clicks while recording and kinda gets funky. Any idea how to fix it? Thanks
