Thanks for your reply. That's right, but a few days before, a friend updated his Helix, but now nobody of us can connect via Updated/the website. So I can exclude the firewall/antivirus oder anything else. I think it's a problem of german users, is it? Is it possible to download the FW-Updates via Browser, so I can download it out of Updater and use this in offline-mode? Thanks in advance. Best regards

Just got this error in Line 6 Updater. Also it is not possible to visit the website 'http://line6[.]com'. What is going on there, Line 6? I am absolutely dissapointed!
