you're my savior of the day Sir! i kept updating HX Edit to 3.0 but version kept showing 2.92 ... removed HX Edit entirely, did a fresh download, rebooted my machine then installed now HX Edit is on 3.0 so as all the new amps thanks!!!!

so this is what i did .. i downloaded latest line6 updater then upgraded my HXS to 3.0 without upgrading HX Edit. now when i realized new amp models not showing in HX Edit (but they're available in my HXS) i then upgraded HX Edit to 2.92 but still new amps not showing, i uninstalled reinstalled several times still not showing. i rebooted my mac, removed 2.92, installed 2.8 then upgraded still not showing. can someone help what I'm missing here please? should i downgrade HXS then go aver again?

After updating to the latest firmware, all my preset names are gone in hx stomp. I followed the instructions the presets are there just theres no name, is it a known behavior?
