Yes I 'm plugged directly into the stomp and its connected to my laptop so I can use HX Edit. Not using a DAW

When listening to various presets (factory presets) I'm getting audible popping sounds in my headphones. I have used three different headphones and two are studio monitor type and I can still hear the pops so I don't think its the headphones. Any ideas at what may be causing this?

I'm wanting to connect my mp3 player to HX I have set the Return type to Aux I plugged in my MP3 into the L/mono input and the sound is not stereo, same when plugging into the Right return. I'm assuming/hoping that to get the true sound from my MP3 (stereo separation etc) I need to connect the MP3 using a 1/8" TRS to Dual 6.35mm 1/4" TS Mono Stereo Y-Cable Splitter Cord. Is that correct?

I'm currently experimenting with the HX stomp and the Powercab 112 combo. I'm wondering if there's a line 6 amp that has all the Helix/HX stomp features, effects, and amp models in one amp model?
