Hi everyone. How do you manage to use AU instead of VST3 on windows 10 pc ? Should I remove the VST3?

Hi Everyone, I allow myself to contact you because my Helix Native plugin no longer belonged to my stans. Yesterday it was functional, this morning it was impossible to charge it despite reinstallation. My PC is authorized in Line 6 License Manager. Can you tell me what's going on and why I no longer have access to it, whether it's on Studio One 5 Pro or FL Studio or even Ableton Live 9 ? On PC Windows 10 : Missing Device screenshot :
