I bought a refurbished Firehawk FX that always boots into a weird menu. I'm not able to exit the menu, nor I can perform the factory reset. I've tried updating the device to different version multiple times on two computers but the problem persists.
I'm aware that this menu is propably the so called update menu I've heard some people talk about which is supposed to be opened by pressing A+C buttons when powering up, but I haven't seen any pictures of it anywhere so I can only guess. So I took a video:
Should I assume my Firehawk is broken? I can still return the device.
EDIT: Each time I've performed an update, the updater has indicated that the updates succeeded.
