Hey you legends. I have a question - (obvs) I have a JET Micro3 way midi controller AND a split TRS going to one footswitch and a Dunlop Mini expression pedal. Which I thought would give me 8 control options - 3 on the JET, 3 on the STOMP, the trs footswitch and the expression pedal. Pressing the B&C footswitches on the JET scrolls up the presets and is locked to FS5 on the STOMP.... BUT, the problem I have is that the footswitch on the split TRS is also FS5 on stomp and I cannot change the fact that both JET B/C and the TRS switch are linked to FS5... actually even if I change the trs switch to be something else it also changes the JET B/C command to the same. Am I making sense? :D Is it possible, should it be possible to unlink these? I mean I don't mind if I just have to get rid of the trs switch and only have the Expr pedal, but it would be nice to know. Any help much appreciated

Hi you lovely lot. I had a full day of bugs and glitches yesterday which resulted in my back up dot even working after a factory reset and I've lost EVERYTHING! :( My last issue was that when copying and pasting blocks or presets I would loose all sound on that preset and nothing would get it back. All blocks would disappear and only a factory reset would get sound back on that bank/preset. When I tried to import back ups it was corrupted :( ... I've accepted this. There are worse things happening in the world! I have found on this forum that someone had a 'similar' problem and updating their 'HX EDIT' software on their PC resolved it. I am about to try this as I have just noticed my EDIT software version is only 2.7 while the Stomp unit is at 3.11. My question now is this - Do I need to update the EDIT consecutively from 2.7... i.e. 2.71 then 2.8 ...and so on or can I go straight to the latest version? Any help much appreciated :)

I thought so :) Just when I looked for some info on ideas for that set up I couldn't find any. Cheers for the reply mate

Hello you lovely lot! Well, I've jumped in and bought a HX Stomp to down size from my existing board for travel purposes. Will be required to fly to gigs and my current board (which I love!) is just too big! :) My question as I grapple with getting my head around the mountain of things this box can do, is can I use a 3 button midi controller AND both an external TRS switch plus an expression pedal essentially giving me 8 switches/controllers?? I have seen many videos reviewing either/or but not both at the same time. Is this thing a thing or am I missing a thing? Any help hugely appreciated
