Good day all,
I am new to this so forgive me if what I am asking should be obvious.
I just received my Helix Floor, updates the firmware, and installed HX Edit. I have the newest Mac OS installed on my iMac.
I have no issues hooking up the USB and editing the settings with the app. What I am trying to do is edit and hear the changes right away in my Mac so I can tell if I like the sound. I can’t seem to get the Mac to output the sound though while I’m HX edit. I can hear the guitar when I have GarageBand open, but it isn’t playing the effects I have set on the helix.
is it possible to get my Mac to play the sound with only the helix, usb, and guitar? Or do I need to use headphones plugged directly into the helix or some sort of monitor?
if it’s possible to use what I currently have, can someone explain in detail the steps I need to take to accomplish this?
