My bad I figured it out. SORRY for all the confusion, that's what happens when you don't play music in such a long time. LOL

Before this update I would just go and pick amp models and effects I wanted and set up snapshots on floor unit. I never used computer for anything. There's got to be a way for floor unit to just show all the amps and effects to choose from rather than all the presets that show up unless I'm missing something.

Everything on the floor unit shows setlists not all amp models and all the effects and preamps to choose from. Need to get back to original format so I can choose amp model, effects and make my own presets as before. It needs to just show all the amps, effects etc... so I can build my own patches. When I scroll down from factory 1 there is a couple choices to select then it goes to patches already configured. Same with factory 2 No effects to choose from just pre figured set lists.

Sorry, haven't used this thing in 2 years as it's hardly been used at all. Just updated to 3.70 and all I have is setlists not showing new amp models. Unit does show 3.70 current version. Again, just getting back to playing guitar again and wanted to get this thing going. Any help would be appreciated.

I have figured this out on my Helix so now I can change snap shots and change channels on my Bogner -Atma accordingly. Now I can do this with my other tube amps which is so sweet having all the options with Helix.

Sorry again as I have a Helix not stomp so I do have a command center. I am also using the voodoo control switcher also.

Sorry, the current amp I am working with is my Bogner Atma. It defaults to channel two.

I am a new helix owner and would like to use the 4 cable method with my tube amps. I just purchased a voodoo lab control switcher and need help setting up helix with control switcher to switch channels on amp. I would like to use snapshots and switch each to correspond to channel on amp. Any input or advice would be appreciated .
