Hi.sorry for my english. in the new update recomended reset TO factory,i have the rack model and the instructions si that turn on while press 5 and 6 but dont run.when i do this procedement i have the next image.

3 months and any comonication from line6,its a joke or what? the helix is a tool and some users need the Mac update.The line6 is lost if don't work on this update.
