I just bought an HX Stomp and immediately upgraded the firmware to 2.91, but I now have no presets! I tried restarting it holding down the two buttons, and holding down all the footswitches, but even after the rebuild presets procedure, there are no presets!
I don't have a backup, since I just bought the thing. Do you guys have one?
EDIT: I went back to 2.80, which loaded the factory presets, then went forward to 2.91 and now it's all good :) I assume it's because it came with 2.40 something and there was a major upgrade with 2.80
