gdebrano, did you resolve your issue or get any information? I am having the same problem with my Helix LT. It started this Tuesday 2/16. I have previously loaded WT patches with no problem. I just loaded two from Glenn deLaune successfully, so this appears to be a WT-specific problem. I have tried this with 3 different WT patches. all have the same problem.
The patch appears to have the normal amount of data (~40KB). When I drop and drag the patch, the name loads into the slot, but there is no data. all of the spots are blank.
Can anyone help? Can Line 6 help?
