Packaging picture

It was bought from Amazon.ca. The vendor is TheWorldShop. I can send picture of packaging if required. If you do a search for TheWorldShop in google they show up under Amazon.ca. Package was shipped from USA as per original packaging which I kept.

The cable came in a plastic bag with a folded cardboard seal at the top that appeared to be Line 6 issue. I’ve always seen this cable advertised with a cardboard wrap around packaging. Could the cable I was sold have been used or a returned item?

If I run into issues with the return / replacement, may I contact you for further assistance?

Thanks, will do. May also be faulty cable I just purchased through Amazon (Line 6 Cable from authorized US dealer). I’ve asked for a return authorization since reversing the cable between the JTV59 and HD500X seems to resolve the issue. I suspect a faulty end on the cable. If faulty end connected to the guitar and I move, issue. If connected to HD500X, it doesn’t move, no issue...

Nope, definitely green. I’m familiar with the regular light colour for positions 1-3-5 as well as the alternate blue colour for 2-3-4. Also when it’s green turning the knobs has no effect. Only way to reset is unplugging vdi cable and plugging it back in.

Hi, new JTV 59 owner here, I also am suffering from the green light issue.... makes any performance stressful... has anyone found the cause and cure? Only happens with VDI cable into HD500X....
