the problem is after I switch on, it stuck on the loading page. I removed the usb cable and turn it on again, same thing is happening. It stuck on the loading page.

Guys I just bought brand new Helix and I have same problem. With the -28 top left of the screen. I did managed to update the firmware from version 2.30 to 2.70 by using 6&12 switch. Still I can’t use it. Need help from you guys pls.
