  1. I have pod go updated to version 1.11 and had the same connectivity issue - "no device connected" Here are the steps that works for me, I hope it can help others as well: 1. Uninstall the existing app 2. disconnecting pod go from my pc 3. re-installing, this time to Program Files (instead of the default Program Files(x86) ) 4. Connecting the pod go This is now working even when connected to external USB hub.
