I experience the EXACT same issues as ReverendLove, I've been in contact with support as well, but it has been nothing less of frustrating dealing with them on the issue. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, tried turning off features, factory resets, you name it. Helix Stadium Bulk Transfer will not work properly, I cannot connect to Line 6 Central via the device, and I cannot connect the Helix software via USB. I'm about to just return it go back to my old modeler as this is ridiculous. I left the beta program cause due to time constraints and needing a stable firmware for use. Now I am stuck on beta firmware and can't roll back, so atm its just sitting on my shelf collecting dust.
