I have the same drop out occurrences at church. I think it just can't handle the environment there. All the singers are on wireless receivers for their earbuds and I have wireless receiver for my my in ears as well. we use iPads connected to the WIFI. Also the sound board and many other things in church are wireless. I can move 5 feet away from pedal board and it drops outs. as I walk across the stage it drops out every step i take away from the transmitter. I have to find little pockets to get my signal out. And YES, I do unplug from my guitar and put it back in the dock to reset it and sometimes I have to do that up to 5 times to get a 5 foot circle around me that it won't cut out. When we have less going on at a rehearsal its not so bad. When I use it at live gigs outside of church I have no real problems with it. Only at a casino it will occasionally cut out briefly for no reason but its quite useable then.
