So if you open the patch and the expression pedal is flat, ie tip down, it will open at 30% and then if you rock back the volume will increase to 100% at the maximum heel position" ... A pretty good idea, if the pedal is used like a 2-position switch of sorts. always starting with the value of the toe position itt avoids the 100% roaring. But you still have to make a full movement to heel and back until the pedal is re-synced to the stored limits of the called Set. I myself often use the (integrated) pedal at the end of the signal chain to be able to instantly correct my guitar's presence within the overall volume of the band, and thatswhy the pedal is most often in an intermediate position between toe and heel. The effect described by Lightningjohn occurs every time after tapping on the next preset or something like that. You have to keep the instrument muted or something and move the pedal until it re-syncs, otherwise it would start out with a "roar" or "whisper" depending on the method used. For me an unpleasant sound and playing break. As a first aid (in german better called a "crutch") I use an additional stink normal volume pedal between the POD and the amp to catch this problem. Not perfect but it works. Of course, this counteracts the goal that the POD GO should actually bring me: Less "Gerümpel" in front of my feet on the stage floor. For me its a software bug, (and with a little friendly wink to the Line 6 team) the actual position of the pedal in relation to the limits stored in Preset or so should be adopted immediately with every change, otherwise very unpleasant effects (e.g. B. extreme volume changes) can occur. Maybe also, I'm just doing something wrong, then please feel free to correct me and show me how to do it better. Greetings from Island of Ruegen, Germany, Claus
