Hello, I own a Helix Stadium XL. I've already updated to the latest software, but I'm still experiencing a lot of background noise on the amp. I'm attaching a video to this post to better understand the issue. I've already tried adding a noise gate, but I want to avoid it because it cuts off the sustain of my notes. What can I do?
