I don't even get the startup. It just immediately gives me an error message.

Hello! First post to the forum. I've been having trouble in Helix Native. I had originally started with 2.90 and that was working great, and went to update to 3.51 and I would get "an unexpected error has occured" message and saying a crash dump had been created. I've tried uninstalling both applications, and even go as far as to update from 2.90 to 3.51 via every update in order and nothing seems to work. Luckily I'm able to revert to 2.90 and get helix native to operate again, but I'm really wanting the functionality of the latest update. Would anyone out there have an idea as to what is going on and why this would be happening? I searched and searched for a forum with this specific problem and couldn't find anything so I apologize if there's a duplicate out there. Thanks!
