If I assign a wah effect to an expression pedal, I can't figure out how then to turn the pedal on and off? It doesn't seem like I can assign the on/off to one of the buttons on the board. Please help! There must be a way to handle this I imagine, maybe something obvious I am missing. Thanks

Aha, got it - thanks very much for your help.

It looks closer to the 1st port, but not exactly. The 4th pin slot is a thicker piece at the bottom inside the connector. I dont think it is a bent pin, its looks like it is made that way because it is thicker than the others??

The board itself works fine, it's the connection to the PC (so I can edit tones) that is the issue. I have tried two different USB cables and unfortunately its the same issue with both. One of the issues is that when I try to manually update the drivers (downloaded locally to my machine prior) I get a message that Windows has already determined the best drivers. This has happened consistently across 3 different PCs.

Having not used my HD500 for a few months, when I went to use it this week, my PC didnt recognize the device through the USB port. The drivers won't load and install correctly, now Monkey wont run (and I have tried Monkey on 2 different PCs) - my wife spent 30 mins on the phone with tech support to no avail. I am ended up resetting (re-installing) windows on my main pc. Then re-installed Monkey. Same crap. I am hoping someone here can advise having had similar issues?? Otherwise I am done with Line6, this being my 2nd board and 3rd product overall. Terrible experience.
