hi there aprecciate your feedback my monitors are hooked witih trs on the main outputs from the hx stomp to xlr on my monitors input, i have genelc 8040 active monitors, these cables worked just fine with an rme fireface 800 and a focusrite scarlet , i managed to sort out the driver issue with support and now i can also change sample rate and lower and increase volume on the volume settings on the mac but still no sound comes out the main outputs i agree this should be a plug and play thing, i have no idea why i can't figure it out yet, a setup like this should be super simple i tried making an aggregate device on the audio midi setup but i have no idea what to do with it, anyhow still no sound, if you have any ideas please let me know Any tip would be apprecaited Thanks

thanks guys appreciate your help i tried changing all the ins/outs settings , it didn't effect anything i also looked at the manual on page 61 and it seems i am connecting the hxstomp correctly throuhg the main outputs and even with a blank preste i can't hear nothing unless it's through the headphones jack i noticed i have this error on the system information - disabled software section VCN535JA6Y - com.line6.driver.helix: Version: 1.5.0 Reason: No User Consent Date Disabled: Unknown maybe this could be the issue? the hx stomp does show up on the audio midi settings so i'm not sure it would appreciate any help to solve this thing, i just wanna be able to hear youtube / spotify etc any tip would be appreciated thanks

Hi guys, Hope all is well, been trying to connect the hx stomp to my macbook air m1 as an interface to hear audio like youtube through my studio monitors i installed the drivers and updated to last version, set my hx stomp as the device for output on the audio midi interface on the mac. i can only get sound to go out from my headphones jack but no sound comes out from the main outputs, can anyone point me on how to sort it out? any help about this would be greatly appreciated Thanks
