FBV3 Foot Controller Won't Work

Hi, same problem here but with spider v120 (I think it's almost the same). Everythimg works but no response from the pedal. No wha and no volume increase /decrease. I can switch between volume and wah (I've also enabled wah and pedal into an effect slot). Is there something I could be missing?
