    So glad i found this thread and saw that it was such a simple fix. I got a used JTV-69 about a week or 2 ago and all i would get out of it was the sound of the regular pickups. Pressed down on the guitar modelling knob a bit harder than i had done previously and that engaged the modelling and alternate tuning. If this becomes an issue down the line, i'll try the paper fix. Thanks everyone!

    Thanks a ton for this explanation! I've read through the PowerCab+ manual multiple times to see what the differences between the 3 are. This isnt explained there.
