FBV3 Foot Controller Won't Work

Line 6 needs to advise whether this is an issue in the FBV3 software or hardware. Or maybe it is how the effects chain is setup in the v120. I'm having the same issue with a v120 MK2 amp & FBV3 pedal in Nairobi, Kenya.
