    It turns out this is a known issue, for anybody else experiencing this. I opened a case with L6 and they said it will be addressed in a future update. Thanks!

    I recently updated to 3.71 and just noticed that the ratchet delay no longer functions how it used to. On all my presets, and new created ones, engaging the ratchet results in about 8 delays that drop in pitch each time. I don't know what version this started at. I did a factory reset and tried again from scratch and had the same result. Has anybody else seen this?

    Yep. It came from Davenport. Since I don't figure Line 6 will respond, I'm sending it back too. This is the second broken one that I've returned and seen Guitar Center resell it again.

    ...or maybe I ended up with the returned model.

    Wow, this is really weird. I'm seeing the same issue. I also see if it I have a Pitch Glide or Smart Harmony in the first position, which is where I want it. Did you find any solution to this?
