I have had exactly the same issues with the potentiometers as mentioned earlier in this topic. I was able to solve the problem completely by disassembling the device as much as possible, dedusting everything and thoroughly cleaning all potentiometers with DeoxITD5.

I have the same problem here. It gets very sticky after a while. Talcum powder works for a while, but the sticky surface returns in short time. Line 6 used poor materials for the rubber sides of these units.
