This took me so long to figure out as well! Also discovered that for my fbv shortboard the function 1 switch alternates between the two fbv modes, at least when I’m looping, so it’s possible to switch between preset tones and come back in mid loop. Not sure if it’s the same for fbv3 or not. Hope this helps as well!
