Hi everyone,
I have a Line 6 Catalyst 60 amplifier that was given to me as a gift. As far as I know, it arrived new, but the serial number field on the label on the back of the amplifier is completely blank. Unfortunately, I no longer have the original box or receipt.
Line 6 Central detects my amplifier and reports that it is running firmware version 2.02 and is up to date.
My problem is that I cannot register the amplifier, which prevents me from accessing CustomTone to download presets. When I select the Catalyst 60 on the registration page, the serial number field automatically fills in with “21CT1,” but I don’t know whether this is a valid serial number for my unit.
Could a Line 6 employee or moderator please help me figure out how to register my amplifier or contact the appropriate support team? I would really appreciate any help.
