Hello, I have a problem with my Helix Floor: when it’s cold and I turn it on, it doesn’t load all the screens, and some of them glitch (only the screens at switches 1, 2, and 3 work). The problem goes away when the device warms up (after about 5-10 minutes), and then it starts up normally. I’ve done a factory reset and installed the latest software. I’ve also checked the interior, and at first glance, nothing seems wrong. The power supply output voltages are 11.93-11.96V. If anyone has any idea what could be wrong, I’d appreciate the help.
