Ok the buttons work but my presets all read "default" and I keep getting an error message that presets didn't load.

Hi! My FBV shortboard up and down bank buttons are not functioning at all with my Amplfi 150. I'm also am not able to pull up the 100 presets through my iPhone 5. Any suggestions?
