  1. I'm just wondering if anybody can help me with this. I just purchased a line 6 Amplifi 150. I love the look and sound of this unit. The control pedal I got with. It is an FBV Shortboard. I'm having some issues with it and I've read different views on whether this pedal is the right pedal to control the 150. I've also heard some negative reviews about the FBV3. What exactly are my pedal options to control the 150. And what is the best choice : FBV Shortboard, FBV Shortboard MK II, FBV MKII Express, Amplifi FX10, or FBV3? What would you recommend?? Thanks so much for your input..
  2. I recently purchased a combo which consists of a mint condition Amplifi 150 paired with an FBV Shortboard controller. Everything seemed to be working fine when it was demoed for me, but now that I have it at home and I've taken a deeper dive, I've had some difficulty with some of the functions and I'm now worried that this particular controller will not work properly with the Amplifi 150. What are my options if I would like to keep this nice amplifier but find a different way to control it. It appears as if finding a used FBV Shortboard MKII is not an easy task. Is that the only controller available to me that will allow me to use the Amplifi 150 as it was intended? Any support would be greatly appreciated!
  3. Hi there. I recently traded a guitar for an Amplifi 150 and an FBV Shortboard ..... not the MKII. I've had it for a couple of days and I'm worried that I have to return it to the fellow and get my guitar back. I love the sound of the amp and the potential for using it with the Shortboard on stage . But I am having lots of issues. I noticed that while reading through the thread, a few members have confirmed that the original Shortboard works just fine with the Amplifi 150. I was having trouble understanding why this fellow has this amplifier paired with this pedal if it doesn't work properly. But some say it does. I'm wondering if I'm missing something and just not using the app or pedal properly. The biggest issue is that when I step on channel A, I get the first preset in that bank. When I step on channel B I get the second preset. When I step on channel C it responds by flashing and then eventually finds the third preset (that won't do for stage work) But when I step on channel D it switches banks to the previous bank. So if I'm on bank one and I hit channel D.... it switches to bank 25. I'm really frustrated because I love the amp and was really looking forward to creating my own tones and storing them .... then using them live on stage. Any insights would be greatly appreciated. Also, I thought a factory reset might be worth a try, but when I follow the instructions of holding down the master volume and tone buttons while restarting the amp ..... it doesn't work. Does anyone know how to run a factory reset successfully? Thanks kindly.

I noticed that while reading through the thread, you reappear several times confirming that the original Shortboard works just fine with the Amplifi 150. At one point you noted that it's not listed as a supported foot pedal because it's no longer manufactured. I was having trouble understanding why this fellow has this amplifier paired with this pedal if it doesn't work properly. You say it does. I'm wondering if I'm missing something and just not using the app or pedal properly. The biggest issue is that when I step on channel A, I get the first preset in that bank. Any insights from you would be greatly appreciated as you seem to be one of the more knowledgable contributors. Thanks kindly.
