JTV 69 won't turn on!

Older thread but obviously still an issue for some. I just bought a like new 2019 JTV-69 with this issue, although I'm not 100% convinced the "wad of paper" is the fix, as it appears to be an intermittent problem on mine. I'll try it and let you know, in case others are also having same issue. This is a great forum... thank you all! ☺️
