Hmmm... maybe I missed something but in the instructions it specifically states hold down buttons 7 & 8 Anyway, thanks for the help and the quick response, it worked.

So the update runs fine but when I try to load the 2.8 presets all I get is a screen with black and blue stripes with a white box bouncing around... Anyone else see this? Any ideas? I have a helix floor and after it restarts after the update completes and builds everything I turn it off, hold down buttons 7 and 8 and turn it on and then the stripes appear with the white box bouncing around.
