    I need help with a problem that has been plaguing me for a long time. I have a Spider V20 Mk2; it works, but there are issues connecting it to a PC. Neither the firmware update software nor the Spider V Remote app detects the amp, yet I can still record audio from it. Could you please tell me if you’ve encountered this before and how it might be fixed?
