My original, much-loved PODHD300, version 2.01, bought around 2016, slowly died over the last few months. First, it took 10-20 minutes to "warm up" and then it just stopped providing any output at all - even the tuner didn't work. So I took a risk and bought another off eBay UK- even older- version 1.10. This one powers up but produces no volume at all. I've been through the manual, compared settings to the 2.01, checked all my cables but it just will not produce any sound. Any ideas? Just give up on this excellent product?
And another thing that suggests it's now been totally phased out is that despite dying, I managed to get my preset bundle (from years of gigging) from the 2.01 successfully on to my laptop and into the PODHD300 EDIT. But when I plugged in my the 1.10, it was not recognised to transfer the patches- at this stage I didn't realise it would not produce any sound. Are the drivers now obsolete too?
Any suggestions on either of these issues gratefully received.
