  1. I have, and unfortunately it seems that they aren't able to recreate my issue. Hopefully they can get back with me and figure this thing out a little better.
  2. Howdy folks! I cannot get a consistent clock signal received with my Helix Stadium XL for the life of me. I have tried multiple different clock sources (Reaper, MultiTracks Playback, WebMIDI Interface) and multiple different connection methods (MIDI over USB-C, MIDI over DIN via Scarlett 18i20, CME WIDI Master connected via Bluetooth to my Macbook Pro, and CME WIDI Master connected to WIDI UHost connected to my Macbook via USB-C). In every case, the Helix Stadium XL experiences some tempo drift. It is small (usually at most +/- 0.2BPM) but that change is enough to introduce some beeps and boops into my signal that really are not pleasing. I have tested multiple different devices (OG Helix, Boss DD-500, MD-500, Quad Cortex) to receive the clock signal from the multiple different clock sources and connection methods I included above, and they all get the tempo rock solid. Here is a video showing the Stadium XL experiencing this tempo issue, and another video of my Boss DD-500 locking onto the tempo perfectly and having no issues whatsoever. At this point, it has to be an issue with the Helix Stadium XL. I have tried everything I can think of and nothing has helped. Does anyone else have any experience with this issue? Can someone else corroborate my experience? Hopefully L6 can figure out how to fix this issue. MIDI Clocking is an important feature for me!
