The three buttons (record, play, undo) on my spider jam amp stopped working several years ago. I am using the foot pedal instead for these functions. I have wished a thousand times I could get those replacement buttons. I tried everything I know to get these replacement parts to no avail. Line 6 told me they do not have it, and I was always recommended to send or bring my amp to a service center for repair. After counting the estimated costs that Line 6 gave me, I reached the conclusion that the cost to have Line 6, or, a service center repair my amp, the repair costs exceeds the cost to replace with a brand new spider jam amp. I think Line 6 should be able to sell and supply any part they install on their amps to thousands of customers around the world. Even if Line 6 chooses to not do that, I believe the least Line 6 could do for their customers is share the information where these replacement parts that Line 6 does not have, can be purchased with registered owners of Line 6 amplifiers.
