  1. I'm trying to buy a brand new spider jam amp cover w/ Line 6 logo on the front. I tried all the dealers I know of, online websites, etc. to no avail. No one has them! I recently bought a brand new spider jam amp and I would certainly buy an amp cover to protect my new amp! Can you help with this?

  2. The three buttons (record, play, undo) on my spider jam amp stopped working several years ago. I am using the foot pedal instead for these functions. I have wished a thousand times I could get those replacement buttons. I tried everything I know to get these replacement parts to no avail. Line 6 told me they do not have it, and I was always recommended to send or bring my amp to a service center for repair. After counting the estimated costs that Line 6 gave me, I reached the conclusion that the cost to have Line 6, or, a service center repair my amp, the repair costs exceeds the cost to replace with a brand new spider jam amp. I think Line 6 should be able to sell and supply any part they install on their amps to thousands of customers around the world. Even if Line 6 chooses to not do that, I believe the least Line 6 could do for their customers is share the information where these replacement parts that Line 6 does not have, can be purchased with registered owners of Line 6 amplifiers.
