Still not working after updating to iOS 13.4. Its essentially a paperweight now – with 2 useless cables to keep it company! Well done Line 6. -

I purchased a new cable only to discover the Sonic Port still doesn't work. Settings shows "Device: None Connected". -
Same problem here. I am unable to restore factory settings by hitting the Tap button then the Model Select Knob. I've tried this multiple times til my hands are sore and still no luck
