UPDATE - It appears it might be the device - as I just installed EDIT on windows and get the same issue. SOLVED!!! So Google came up with someone who had a missing tone and that was stopping the sync. So after I went through all my tones 1 at a time, I found 5D was all gibberish. Saved over it with a fresh tone - and Bingo!! Problem solved! Don't know it got corrupted in the first place, but it's working now - WINNER!

Hey All, So I have a Mac running Mountain Lion and for some reason my PodXT live gets about 13 seconds into syncing and then errors our with "Your PodXT Live has stopped responding. Please try reseting the power and click refresh in the Tone Locker"\ So now I can't run EDIT. I have checked Monkey and all are green across the board. Googles has not turned up much, so any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Cheers John

Further update... I restored to factory settings - no good. Crazy thing is it works perfectly on my wife's iPad 2 and on my iPhone 4S. :( I am really bummed as I had high hopes for is after owning a Guitar Port for ages until they stopped it. :(

I just got mine and my iPad 3 running 6.1.3 states CANNOT USE DEVICE USB Device Not Supoorted. :( I am bummed as I have waited ages for this. Any ideas??? -
Hi all, So today I opened my brand new Sonic Port all excited and when I plug it into my iPad3 I get a message stating that the Connected USB Device can. Not be used. It states the device is not supported. It's updated and not jail broken. Any help would be appreciated. Cheers John.
