Was able to solve the "Black Box" Windows update via USB after a failed Iphone bluetooth upgrade. The key step I originally missed is that there is an installer program for the updated Windows driver that you need to run. https://line6.com/software/ -> Amplifi / Drivers / Windows 10. Download and run this, connect amp via USB THEN run the LIne 6 Updater program Update was complete in about 5 minutes
