    I have the Helix since 8 nweeks, same problem, one switch is ok, not ok, ok, not ok, it is not reliable. I'll carry the unit back to the dealer for repair. After a 6 months repair of my old pod x3 live I will keep my Boss GT-100 as a backup unit.
