when device is first switched on there is sound for 1 second and then no sound, if i go into the system menu and set tone 1 to 1-twk 2-vol sound comes through but when going onto another preset sound settings revert and there is no sound.

Hey, I have recently purchased a line 6 pod x3 second hand but when plugging in headphones there is no sound. When selecting the tuner sound comes through fine. can you advise how the settings should be set when running guitar through headphones.
