Hello Troy, One certain point is that you can only use WAV files. MP3 aren't supported. If you want more informations, take a look at the JM4 avances guide wich is only about SD issues. http://fr.line6.com/support/manuals/jm4 For the firmware, I dont know but if you can't import WAV files maybe you have to upgrade....
